La funcionalidad limitada de mapeo de campos crea obstáculos importantes para la integración adecuada de contactos y acuerdos.
El campo Reportero (usuario externo) de Jira sólo se asignará al campo Propietario del ticket (usuario interno) en HubSpot. Esta es una deficiencia para conectar contactos/empresas/acuerdos a tickets.
