Synchronization of customers and tickets not possible
Would like to synchronize customers and create tickets in HubSpot for each customer that the customer wants to have and then see the tickets in Jira as a developer, including assignment to the customer.

Completely broken data syncing - forces tedious one-by-one ticket type syncing instead of bulk client data transfer, total blocker for workflow
Horrible integration. I can't sync all my data - even for a given client. I have to sync each ticket type, one type at a time. It's a blocker.
