La limitata funzionalità di mappatura dei campi crea grossi ostacoli per una corretta integrazione dei contatti e delle trattative.
Il campo Reporter (utente esterno) di Jira corrisponde solo al campo Ticket Owner (utente interno) di HubSpot. Si tratta di una lacuna nel collegamento di contatti/aziende/contratti ai ticket.
