Les fonctionnalités limitées de cartographie des champs créent des obstacles majeurs à l'intégration correcte des contacts et des transactions.
Le champ Reporter (utilisateur externe) de Jira ne correspondra qu'au champ Ticket Owner (utilisateur interne) dans HubSpot. Il s'agit d'une lacune dans la connexion des contacts/entreprises/affaires aux tickets.
