Ograniczona funkcjonalność mapowania pól stwarza poważne przeszkody dla właściwej integracji kontaktów i transakcji.
Pole Reporter (użytkownik zewnętrzny) z Jira będzie mapowane tylko do pola Ticket Owner (użytkownik wewnętrzny) w HubSpot. Jest to niedociągnięcie w łączeniu kontaktów/firm/umów z biletami
