Onvolledig en vereist aanvullende HubSpot-producten om goed te functioneren
Niet. Het is geen compleet product en om het te gebruiken heb je meer producten van HubSpot nodig.

Beperkte functionaliteit voor het in kaart brengen van velden zorgt voor grote obstakels voor een goede integratie van contactpersonen en deals
Het Reporter-veld (externe gebruiker) van Jira wordt alleen gekoppeld aan het Ticket Owner-veld (interne gebruiker) in HubSpot. Dit is een tekortkoming bij het koppelen van contactpersonen/bedrijven/deals aan tickets
