Begrænset feltkortlægningsfunktionalitet skaber store forhindringer for korrekt kontakt- og aftaleintegration
Reporter-feltet (ekstern bruger) fra Jira kan kun mappes til Ticket Owner-feltet (intern bruger) i HubSpot. Dette er en mangel ved at forbinde kontakter/virksomheder/aftaler med tickets.
