Axon Garside recently designed and built our company's new website, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We finally have a website to be truly proud of thanks to the care and attention they've put into the project. From start to finish, they were consummate professionals and a pleasure to work with. The team conducted a MOSCOW analysis to help us prioritise key pages and content for the initial website launch. This allowed us to thoughtfully roll out the site in phases, reviewing and drawing from our old content where helpful and creating new SEO optimised copy across the site. Their strategic approach ensured the new site balanced the needs of both our B2B and B2C customers right from the start. Throughout the process, Axon Garside's communication was excellent. Project manager, Will, felt like part of our team, with open and honest discussions about timelines, capabilities, and budget. He went above and beyond to understand our business needs and incorporate our feedback and requests. The end result is an intuitive, easy-to-navigate website that already shows signs of increased conversions across customer base. Axon Garside have also supported in streamlining and cleaning our CRM and customer data so it is now far more useful and easy to interpret. I can't recommend Axon Garside highly enough. Great website design and launch (and migration!)

We've worked with AG on our HubSpot as CRM for a year or so, and they've been pivotal in ensuring we're able to not only use it but also really benefit from having all of our data in one place. Most recently though they helped us move our website from wordpress to HubSpot, which included a complete redesign for both our messaging and visuals. The path wasn't always smooth, but any challenges were immediately and sensitively addressed and the outcome is something we're really proud of. A true story is that less than a week after launch I had a new partner come in to a meeting with me and, unprompted, say that our website was very "clear, easy to navigate" and that they "really liked the branding". No one ever said that before the new look!

Axon Transformed our Business

Axon Garside are like an extension of our team, they have been instrumental in the success of our business recently here at Makers. They initially helped our completely rebuild our CRM, then we started an ongoing relationship to continuously expand our CRM functionality and HubSpot usage and transformed the way we work. We currently have also a new Website project on going with them which is almost ready. Axon has been so attentive and patient to our needs (we're not the easiest of clients sometimes!) and we look forward to continuing our relationship in to the future. Patient and attentive

Our parent company already uses HubSpot for marketing/crm purposes. We are now trying to implement it in our small group. Whilst a few obstacles were encountered along the way, Tom O'Keefe has been always there to help us. Implementation/training is still ongoing but in all our interactions Tom has always been very patient, and appreciative of our (very!) limited knowledge of HubSpot, and has listened to our pain points. The results? We're getting there, which i don't believe it would have happened if he didn't attentively listened or really cared. We have a follow up scheduled in a few weeks time to make sure that we're happy with the system. The customer service we have been receiving though I can already tell it's first class!
