We were coming from a place where our teams had a range of experience (or not) across a range of platforms, meaning the training and onboarding needed to account for all skill levels. They did this extremely well, and even when delays were introduced by our own need to fulfil actions, they remained patient and supportive, making us feel that we go in excess of what we paid for.
