APACのバイヤー：AESTフレンドリーなデモやサポート時間がないと評価は厳しい。
フィットの確認ができないままトライアルを終了しました。ClubworxとReferral Rock間のワークフローを理解するためにセットアップのガイダンスを求めたところ、オンボーディングは有料顧客のみと言われました。ミーティングスロットはアメリカ中心のようで、チャットは東部標準時の夜間に返信がないと締め切られ、代替案も提示されませんでした。私たちのタイムゾーンが明確に設定されていなかったとしても、APACチームが評価するための現実的な方法はありませんでした。影響：実装されず、価値も実現されず、私たちは続行しないことを選択しました。
比較的良い評価を得ているにもかかわらず、私たちはこのソフトを十分に体験することができなかった。
トライアルサポートが有料顧客に限定されているため、評価が難しい。 米国中心のスケジューリングで、AESTに適したオプションが提供されていない。 タイムゾーンの不一致によりチャットが終了。非同期の代替手段（録画されたデモ、セットアップチェックリスト、明確な評価ガイド）がない。 実際のシナリオでHubSpotとの統合を評価できない。

統合に関する不満と基本機能のための高いコスト
うまく機能しない。私はReferral RockのCSMと何時間もかけて、すべての機能を使えるようにしました。また、RRとHubSpotを統合するためには追加料金を支払わなければなりません。
