APAC buyers: evaluation is tough without an AEST-friendly demo or support times.

We exited the trial without being able to validate fit. When we asked for setup guidance to understand workflows between Clubworx and Referral Rock, we were told onboarding is for paying customers only. Meeting slots offered appeared US-centric; chats were closed when we didn’t respond overnight AEST, and no alternatives were offered. Even if our time zone wasn’t clearly set, there was no practical path for an APAC team to evaluate. Impact: no implementation, no value realised, and we chose not to proceed.

What do you like?

Not sure, we were unable to fully experience the software even though it has relatively good reviews.

What do you dislike?

Trial support appears limited to paying customers, making evaluation difficult. US-centric scheduling with no AEST-friendly options offered. Chats closed due to time-zone mismatch; no async alternatives (recorded demo, setup checklist, or clear evaluation guide). Unable to assess HubSpot integration in a real scenario.

I'm sorry you had a frustrating experience working with our U.S. sales team while trying to learn more about our HubSpot integration. We try our best to be supportive and answer questions for all people who reach out to us regardless of their time zone and if they are a paying customer or not. I'll admit that it's challenging for us to have a team staffed in Australian time zones, when 90% of our customers and team are in the United States. We value your feedback and look to find a way to better support everyone.

Frustrating Integration Issues and High Costs for Basic Features

It does not work well. I've spent hours with a Referral Rock CSM trying to get everything to pull through. You have to also pay extra for the HubSpot integration with RR and it's a high price.

What do you dislike?

Very confusing. Doesn't sync objects/properties correctly.
