APAC 바이어: AEST 친화적인 데모나 지원 시간 없이는 평가가 어렵습니다.
저희는 적합성을 검증하지 못한 채 평가판을 종료했습니다. 클럽웍스와 리퍼럴 락 간의 워크플로를 이해하기 위해 설정 가이드를 요청했을 때, 온보딩은 유료 고객만 이용할 수 있다는 답변을 받았습니다. 제공되는 미팅 슬롯은 미국 중심적으로 보였고, 채팅은 밤새(AEST) 응답하지 않으면 닫혔으며, 대안도 제공되지 않았습니다. 시간대가 명확하게 정해져 있지 않았고, APAC 팀이 평가할 수 있는 실질적인 경로도 없었습니다. 영향: 구현되지 않았고, 실현된 가치도 없었으며, 더 이상 진행하지 않기로 결정했습니다.
비교적 좋은 평가를 받고 있는 소프트웨어임에도 불구하고 저희는 충분히 체험해볼 수 없었습니다.

기본 기능에 대한 실망스러운 통합 문제와 높은 비용
잘 작동하지 않습니다. 리퍼럴 락 CSM과 함께 모든 것을 해결하려고 몇 시간을 보냈습니다. 또한 HubSpot과 RR의 통합을 위해 추가 비용을 지불해야하며 가격이 비쌉니다.
