Seamless ticketing system migration with exceptional support and helpful demo features, though minor HubSpot integration quirks exist
If you are looking to make the migration from your old ticketing system to HubSpot a seamless migration, look no further than this tool. The team was super responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. The actual migration could not have gone better.
The ability to do a demo migration and align all mapping before the actual migration The support we received was quick and top tier If you have the budget, I would recommend the top support package with the delta migration. It allowed us to migrate the majority of our tickets and then allow those to go through the setup before closing out our prior system with one final migration.
No major cons to report. The one thing we did notice is the Help Desk in HubSpot vs Tickets did vary a bit with what was brought over. The tickets Object has all of the information, but there is a little bit of a disconnect between tickets and help desk.
