Automatically Create or Update Contacts in your HubSpot Account
After each call with a PATLive receptionist, the caller's contact information will automatically be added to your HubSpot account. If the record already exists, but new information is obtained, the record will be updated to reflect the changes.

After each call, PATLive will automatically add an Activity Record to reflect the conversation and store that record directly on the HubSpot Contact.

From the Activity Record on a HubSpot Contact, you can see all of the information collected by PATLive's virtual receptionist in one spot. PATLive can collect custom information and store it directly to the Activity Record so you can follow up at a time that's convenient for you.

Super happy with PATLive
I have been using PATLive for awhile now and they have been fantastic for my business. Their receptionists are the friendliest and most professional compared to other services I have tried. The integration to HubSpot makes it even better because I no longer have to manually enter the new leads/contacts in anymore. It saves me lots of time and keeps me from making mistakes.
Friendly, reliable, professional and the integration was easy and super helpful.
Not really a "con", but you need to make sure you work with their onboarders (who were awesome) to set up your call handling properly. They can streamline things and make sure your receptionists have all the info they need to do a good job on your calls. We used the 14-day free trial to refine the configurations and it works great now.
