The integration currently shares the following data:
Contacts: When a conversation is received from an unknown phone number, a new HubSpot contact can be created automatically.
Messages: WhatsApp conversations are logged as HubSpot Notes on the associated contact record.
Message metadata: Message timestamps, direction (incoming/outgoing), and sender information are stored to preserve the conversation timeline.
Whatslink only accesses the data required to provide the synchronization service. Customer data is processed securely and is never sold or shared with third parties. Users maintain full control over their HubSpot data and can disconnect the integration at any time.
