Solid comprehensive training

FSM was very helpful and did an excellent job providing comprehensive training on HubSpot.

The Team is Off and Running: Thorough, Professional CRM Training Tailored to the Team's Needs by Fast Slow Motion

Although I will not be a day to day user of HubSpot (I opted for Viewer only access so that another team member has full access) I found the training to be excellent. Every session was professionally run, ran on time, and was always adapted to the team's needs and questions. I thought the Fast Slow Motion team also did a great job with initial "discovery" work upfront so that they could design and adapt the training modules to our team's needs. The entire Fast Slow Motion team was always prepared, communicated in real time, and importantly, was always accessible. They went out of their way to schedule additional sessions as needed and adapt each session's agenda as needed, too. Abe Moskowitz, the primary trainer for all of the team's sessions, was incredibly knowledgeable about HubSpot and more importantly, was able to clearly teach and coach the team so that they could hit the ground running -- which they have. The rest of the staff were always engaged, helpful and professional, both during training sessions and beyond. Our team is comfortable, confident and although it's early days -- very capable of using the HubSpot system. I will also say that the Fast Slow Motion team was able to build trust and commitment from every member of our team: Sales, Marketing and several outside agencies and consultants (one of the latter being yours truly).
