Exceptional Experience

I've worked with many HubSpot implementors and none come close to the experience we had with FSM. They have a well-tested process and implement quickly and efficiently via Basecamp. They pay attention to the details and follow-up is impeccable. Great project management and client experience.

Slow start, but certainly a better finish!

Working with Fast Slow Motion was a little bit rocky at the onset of the project, however I do believe we hit our stride. In my opinion, 12 weeks is not enough in order to execute the level of project that we were attempting. I believe the biggest challenge was the implementation team not having an understanding the nuances of our business, which is to be expected! The problem that created was the two teams spending the first 4-5 weeks simply getting an understanding of how our CRM was going to need to look very different from others. A good runway might've been to spend a couple calls explaining our business before the 12 weeks actually kickstarted. I just feel like some time was wasted, which made the end of the project difficult and put a lot on our internal team after the fact. We had to delay the rollout for the system in order for our team to get in there for a few weeks after our 12 weeks was up in order to execute several fixes. I do want to say that the FSM team was very pleasant to work with, and again, once we hit our stride, we certainly got a lot done! At the end of the day, I am extremely happy with where we are at now and HubSpot has been huge win for our company!

Landing Page and Consulting

Fast Slow Motion was incredibly professional, organized, and easy to work with throughout the entire engagement. They built a beautiful landing page for us and provided hands-on guidance to improve our sales processes while ensuring everything was properly set up in our HubSpot instance. They took the time to educate us, answer questions, and make sure we felt confident managing things moving forward. I absolutely recommend them to any organization looking to get more value out of HubSpot and I will be considering them for future projects.

The FSM team we worked with was fantastic. We are a small nonprofit that isn't using a CRM for traditional sales purposes. The team listened and asked questions to understand our use cases. Where they could map our needs to traditional workflows in HubSpot, they did and provided basic customization so naming conventions made sense for us. For needs that didn't fit into existing HubSpot tools, FSM developed what we needed, including valuable automations. They explained the pros and cons of alternative workarounds and helped us make informed decisions. The weekly meetings ensured that we accomplished everything on time. We asked lots of questions along the way, and they graciously and patiently answered them all. If they didn't know an answer, they did the research and got back to us. We would not hesitate to work with them again or to recommend other companies to work with them!

Excellent Experience

I cannot say enough good about our work with Fast Slow Motion. Jim Reidel and Abraham Moskowitz were our primary project contacts and walked through the process with us step-by-step. They did a great job grasping our needs and demonstrated that they really understand how to be creative with the tools available in HubSpot to meet our goals in the most efficient way possible. They were communicative, responsive, and very helpful when we had questions about how a process works, needs we discovered in testing, and how to use tools for ourselves later on. I quickly found myself looking forward to our weekly sync meetings because 1) the guys are just fun to talk to and 2) I learned something new every meeting and walked away with swirling ideas of what else is possible in the platform. We would work with FSM again without hesitation and completely feel like we got our money's worth and then some from our engagement with them.
