We are an implementation partner as well, and understand quality in the other partners we work with. FSM were terrific in all aspects of this initiative. Communication, execution, and shifting with our needs as we learned more of the product. Jessica and Polina were with us every step of the way, from Salesforce migration to Deal creation, reporting, workflow management, etc. Best of all, they enabled our team to carry on in a self-sufficient manner. We will bring them back in, if we encounter new challenges, however I feel we've been set up for success. Thank you FSM team. Well Done!

We engaged Fast Slow Motion to implement HubSpot’s marketing enterprise solution while integrating our Salesforce CRM and two registration platforms. As a complex organization, we threw many challenges their way, and FSM confidently tackled every single one without hesitation. They expertly broke the project into manageable phases and shared responsibility in a way that demonstrated this wasn’t their first time handling such complex integrations. Their use of Basecamp as the project management hub kept everyone informed and helped maintain momentum throughout the process. Thanks to close collaboration, we completed the project on time and within budget—a testament to their professionalism and expertise. Advice for others: Come prepared with clear objectives; FSM helped us refine our goals and set realistic expectations. Also, by having your system administrators for either Salesforce and HubSpot, or for us both, involved during the entire project is crucial for success, as it was for us. Overall, FSM proved to be a knowledgeable and reliable partner for complex CRM and marketing platform integration projects. If I had to do all over again, I wouldn't do much differently!
