We are an implementation partner as well, and understand quality in the other partners we work with. FSM were terrific in all aspects of this initiative. Communication, execution, and shifting with our needs as we learned more of the product. Jessica and Polina were with us every step of the way, from Salesforce migration to Deal creation, reporting, workflow management, etc. Best of all, they enabled our team to carry on in a self-sufficient manner.
