As a rapidly growing business, we constantly need to upgrade our toolkits to keep up with our evolving ways of working. To support our expanding sales efforts, we realized the need for a new CRM that could help us scale outreach, improve tracking, and enable better knowledge sharing within the team. Flux supported us through two key projects addressing this challenge. In Phase 1, they set up and configured a HubSpot account tailored to our specific sales process and pipeline. Phase 2 was data migration from our former CRM solution to HubSpot. They worked closely with us to ensure the system fit seamlessly into our workflow and aligned with our goals. Their work saved us significant time that we were able to redirect toward high-impact activities like sales. As a lean organization, this time savings was incredibly valuable. We recently signed up to HubSpot to start onboarding leads from paid ads but we didn't really know what do with the leads. Then we found John from Flux Digital Labs and his team, after an initial video call he immediately started to suggest automations, templates, emails and different add ons that we could be using to help streamline our business. We mapped out a full client journey then John and his team went away and worked their magic, creating all of our automation timelines, linking auto email sequences to each step of the deal including integrating SMS service Sakari for us.
