We were initially concerned about whether a CRM implementation partner would truly understand our specific needs or just deliver a one-size-fits-all setup. Brittni quickly proved that wasn’t the case. She is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to tailor our HubSpot Marketing implementation to fit our exact goals and workflows, making the entire process smooth and effective. The expertise and personalization made all the difference. Without her support, we likely would have ended up with a generic system that didn’t fully serve our team or maximize our marketing potential.

Great hands-on partner to help in customizing and implementing HubSpot

All my experience was truly great and pleasant. Prinka Kohli became like a team member of ours, got to know our business model and worked with us super closely to complete our implementation project. She was very professional and also super friendly, followed up on every detail and executed all what we have asked for based on what HubSpot limitations and offerings. she went above and beyond in also looking up third party companies to help facilitate the integration of Sage intaact and HubSpot. In a nutshell, i truly felt that was working for our best, the best of our company and truly became part of our team. I totally recommend her and thinkfuel team in general. thanks!

Already Seeing Improvement

I hadn’t been very hands-on in HubSpot and honestly wasn’t sure our setup was working the way it should. Since partnerting with ThinkFuel and Brittni, she took the initiative to did a really thorough audit and actively helped with data clean up and recommendations. She has walked me through how HubSpot is actually supposed to flow as opposed to how we were being used and made everything start making sense. She showed us features we weren’t using and is now helping build out our funnels and automations. She’s done such a great job that I’m already planning to book additional hours once this phase is done. If we hadn’t worked with her, we’d probably still be guessing and not getting the most out of HubSpot.

Audit and Cleanup

I didn’t know much about ThinkFuel before working with them, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. But within just a couple of weeks, Madison delivered a thorough audit and a clear plan to get our HubSpot back in working order. We now have a plan we can accelerate to finally get this project completed. Without their help, it would still be lingering with zero visibility into the top of our funnel. This gave us momentum we really needed.

Overall good but with some recommendations to improve confidence

Overall, my experience with ThinkFuel was great. Brittni and Simona provided great lessons for HubSpot implementation. The main area for improvement is the integration of the training sessions with the data implementation. Personally, I learn best by doing. So, although they gave good lessons, I lost some of the learning because I never had the opportunity to put it into practice. It would be nice for them to teach us something and then shadow us or let us take it away to do the work ourselves. Another issue was understanding some of the data mapping for contacts as they rolled in. Some of the mapping and segmenting is more complex than it should be. Issues arose, including data not fully importing, duplicates arising from incorrectly used fields, and multiple custom fields used for the same information. This is partially due to the complex desires from us, but I would have liked more pushback from the experts to achieve simplified data mapping.
