StopWatch for HubSpot is a simple, intuitive time tracking app designed specifically for HubSpot. We're the only dedicated time tracking solution on the market that's certified by HubSpot. All logged time is stored directly within HubSpot as "StopWatch Time Log" records.
Using the app's "StopWatch" feature (available as an App Card within the right sidebar on select HubSpot CRM records), your team can easily track time spent against HubSpot Contacts, Companies, Deals, Tickets, Services, Appointments, Listings & Courses (tracking time against Custom Objects is also available via special request).
💫 Unlimited subscribers also get access to custom workflow actions, enabling you to start and stop flexible workflow-based timers (1,000 requests per day). This makes it possible, for example, to track the time an individual CRM record spends in a specific stage (e.g. Deal Stage, Contact Lifecycle, Ticket Status). You can even choose to exclude out of office hours from these time tracking calculations.

💸 Automatically Calculate Billings Based on Tracked Time
The "Billable Amount" Time Log property is automatically populated based on Billable Rates (specified per HubSpot User) set by an Admin user. This is designed to help you when it comes time to invoicing for "Billable" time tracked via the StopWatch App Card. Please note, this is available to StopWatch for HubSpot "💫 Unlimited" subscribers only.

Znacznie ulepszone, dzięki czemu jest to realne rozwiązanie do śledzenia czasu HubSpot z doskonałą integracją usług / projektów.
Aplikacja znacznie się poprawiła od czasu, gdy korzystałem z niej po raz ostatni. Dzięki kartom aplikacji w HubSpot i ciężkiej pracy Zacha, jest to teraz realne rozwiązanie do śledzenia czasu w HubSpot.
Aplikacja działa naprawdę dobrze z obiektem Services, umożliwiając śledzenie czasu w odniesieniu do zaangażowania klientów. Gdy tylko HubSpot udostępni rozszerzenia interfejsu użytkownika w obiekcie Projects, stanie się on również realnym wewnętrznym narzędziem do zarządzania projektami. Timesheets można łatwo tworzyć za pomocą niestandardowych raportów.
Jest to bardziej osobista preferencja niż konieczność, ale byłoby miło zobaczyć dzienniki czasu również jako wydarzenia aplikacji, aby były wyświetlane na osi czasu aktywności. Przydatne byłoby przewijanie osi czasu i sprawdzanie, kto nad czym pracował w danym czasie.
