Krånglig integration med alldeles för långsam HubSpot-synkronisering - oanvändbar för försäljning
I princip är det mycket besvärligt
Samtal anländer till HubSpot vid någon tidpunkt, mycket för långsamt fram till dess, inte till hjälp för försäljning
Tiden tills samtalen kommer in i HubSpot för loggning är helt enkelt för lång, om man ringer direkt med HubSpot eller integrerar RingCentral t.ex. öppnas ett samtalsfönster direkt där man kan dokumentera, varför har inte Teams-integrationen ett fönster direkt när jag ringer in i Teams där jag kan skriva in min samtalsdata direkt i den?
