Prinka was the best resource for onboarding to HubSpot. She had a thorough timeline outlining the topics that would be covered over 6 weeks. We were able to adjust the timeline for the topics that were more pressing and Prinka answered every question we had. Our successful onboarding was due to her patience and vast knowledge of the platform.

A Great Experience - very well run and thorough

I had just joined a new team and was using HubSpot for the first time at the start of our ThinkFuel project. Our consultant, Prinka, was thorough, very knowledgeable, did an excellent job of managing our goals so we could achieve the improvements we were looking for. HubSpot has so much functionality and now our team feels equipped with the tools and processes to ensure we are working efficiently and using the full scope of HubSpot.

Excellent HubSpot implementation training and support!

ThinkFuel helped us implement HubSpot and connect it to our Salesforce CRM and provided onboarding training. Everyone on our team has varying levels of experience with various software, but the setup and training definitely eased the move to HubSpot. It can be a bit overwhelming even with support, so I can't imagine how it would be without any assistance from experts. ThinkFuel did multiple check-ins while working through the project and ensured everything was functioning properly before completing it. They also tailored onboarding training sessions to our company's needs, as opposed to forcing us into a standard set of sessions. Plus, responses were always quick and detailed, and the team was friendly and approachable to work with!
