Synchronisation des données complètement défaillante - oblige à une synchronisation fastidieuse des tickets un par un au lieu d'un transfert global des données des clients, ce qui bloque totalement le flux de travail.
Intégration horrible. Je ne peux pas synchroniser toutes mes données - même pour un client donné. Je dois synchroniser chaque type de ticket, un type à la fois. C'est un obstacle.
Aucune, à moins qu'elle ne fonctionne mieux
