This integration adds support ticket activity from Zendesk to HubSpot's CRM timeline.
機能
Create new HubSpot contacts from Zendesk ticket requesters
Other than syncing with your existing contacts, if Zendesk ticket requesters aren't able to match up with existing contacts, they'll automatically be added as new contacts in HubSpot.
View all support ticket activity in your HubSpot timeline
Get support insights for your customers on their HubSpot timeline. Track support ticket creation and resolution, and keep up to date with their relationships with your team.

Zendeskで作業しているサポートチームが、HubSpotで作業している営業チームにチケットを送信できるように、このアプリを使いたかったのです。アプリは何度か動作しましたが、接続が切れて500内部サーバーエラーになりました。ZendeskとHubSpotの両方から、サポートは他社に連絡するように言われました。最終的にアプリを削除し、Zapierを使って独自の統合を作成しました。
