Other than syncing with your existing contacts, if Zendesk ticket requesters aren't able to match up with existing contacts, they'll automatically be added as new contacts in HubSpot.

Link stops working
The integrations stops working after a few days and then I have to re-install everything.

Don't waste your time. Use Zapier instead
We wanted to use this app so our support team working in Zendesk could send tickets to our sales team working in HubSpot. The app worked a couple of times and then the connection would break resulting in 500 internal server errors. Both Zendesk and HubSpot told us to contact the other company for support. We finally deleted the app and created our own integration using Zapier.
