Create new HubSpot contacts from Zendesk ticket requesters
Other than syncing with your existing contacts, if Zendesk ticket requesters aren't able to match up with existing contacts, they'll automatically be added as new contacts in HubSpot.

Basic ticket visibility but poor integration design makes it nearly useless
Zendesk activity only appears in the activity and not a separate card so it is easily lost in the contacts activity feed. Also little details of the ticket are included. A better integration would be like the Jira plugin.
Can view ticket activity in a contacts feed. You can apply a to filter to find the activity but you have to untick everything else to just see this.

Link stops working
