Create new HubSpot contacts from Zendesk ticket requesters
Other than syncing with your existing contacts, if Zendesk ticket requesters aren't able to match up with existing contacts, they'll automatically be added as new contacts in HubSpot.
View all support ticket activity in your HubSpot timeline

Zendesk er fantastisk til at yde support til vores kunder. Vi integrerer oplysningerne fra supportanmodningerne, så vores salgsteam har overblik over, hvad der foregår hos kunderne, når de taler med dem om fornyelser eller opgraderinger. Den nuværende integration er lidt begrænsende, fordi vi ikke kan knytte oplysningerne til en virksomhed, men kun til en bestemt kontaktperson.
- Meget nem at implementere - integrerer forespørgsler om kritiske tjenester
- ingen mulighed for at indføre opdateringer til sager (løsning osv.) - ingen mulighed for at tilpasse, hvordan sagen vises - ingen mulighed for at knytte sagen til en virksomhed, kun til en enkelt indberetter
