This integration adds support ticket activity from Zendesk to HubSpot's CRM timeline.

Create new HubSpot contacts from Zendesk ticket requesters
Other than syncing with your existing contacts, if Zendesk ticket requesters aren't able to match up with existing contacts, they'll automatically be added as new contacts in HubSpot.
View all support ticket activity in your HubSpot timeline

Grundlæggende billetsynlighed, men dårligt integrationsdesign gør det næsten ubrugeligt
Zendesk-aktivitet vises kun i aktiviteten og ikke på et separat kort, så den går let tabt i kontaktpersonernes aktivitetsfeed. Der er også få detaljer om billetten. En bedre integration ville være som Jira-plugin'et.
Kan se billetaktivitet i et kontaktfeed. Du kan anvende et til-filter for at finde aktiviteten, men du skal fjerne markeringen af alt andet for kun at se dette.
