This integration adds support ticket activity from Zendesk to HubSpot's CRM timeline.
Functies
Create new HubSpot contacts from Zendesk ticket requesters
Other than syncing with your existing contacts, if Zendesk ticket requesters aren't able to match up with existing contacts, they'll automatically be added as new contacts in HubSpot.
View all support ticket activity in your HubSpot timeline
Get support insights for your customers on their HubSpot timeline. Track support ticket creation and resolution, and keep up to date with their relationships with your team.

Basis ticketoverzicht, maar slecht integratieontwerp maakt het bijna nutteloos
Zendesk-activiteit verschijnt alleen in de activiteit en niet op een aparte kaart, dus het gaat gemakkelijk verloren in de activiteitenfeed van contactpersonen. Er worden ook weinig details van het ticket opgenomen. Een betere integratie zou zijn zoals de Jira plugin.
Kan ticketactiviteiten bekijken in een contactpersonenfeed. Je kunt een filter toepassen om de activiteit te vinden, maar je moet al het andere uitvinken om alleen dit te zien.
Er wordt weinig informatie gegeven en het gaat gemakkelijk verloren in het voer,

De integraties werken na een paar dagen niet meer en dan moet ik alles opnieuw installeren.
