Create new HubSpot contacts from Zendesk ticket requesters
Other than syncing with your existing contacts, if Zendesk ticket requesters aren't able to match up with existing contacts, they'll automatically be added as new contacts in HubSpot.

Visibilità di base dei biglietti, ma una scarsa progettazione dell'integrazione la rende quasi inutile
L'attività di Zendesk appare solo nell'attività e non in una scheda separata, per cui è facile che si perda nel feed delle attività dei contatti. Inoltre, sono inclusi pochi dettagli del ticket. Un'integrazione migliore sarebbe quella del plugin di Jira.
È possibile visualizzare l'attività dei biglietti in un feed di contatti. È possibile applicare un filtro per trovare l'attività, ma è necessario deselezionare tutto il resto per vedere solo questo.
Le informazioni fornite sono poche e si perdono facilmente nel feed,
