Create new HubSpot contacts from Zendesk ticket requesters
Other than syncing with your existing contacts, if Zendesk ticket requesters aren't able to match up with existing contacts, they'll automatically be added as new contacts in HubSpot.

기본적인 티켓 가시성은 있지만 통합 설계가 잘못되어 거의 쓸모가 없습니다.
Zendesk 활동은 별도의 카드가 아닌 활동에만 표시되므로 연락처 활동 피드에서 쉽게 놓칠 수 있습니다. 또한 티켓에 대한 세부 정보도 거의 포함되어 있지 않습니다. 더 나은 통합은 Jira 플러그인과 같은 것입니다.
