This integration adds support ticket activity from Zendesk to HubSpot's CRM timeline.
機能
Create new HubSpot contacts from Zendesk ticket requesters
Other than syncing with your existing contacts, if Zendesk ticket requesters aren't able to match up with existing contacts, they'll automatically be added as new contacts in HubSpot.
View all support ticket activity in your HubSpot timeline
Get support insights for your customers on their HubSpot timeline. Track support ticket creation and resolution, and keep up to date with their relationships with your team.

使いやすく、適用範囲が限定的
Zendeskは、顧客サポートに非常に役立っています。チケット情報を連携させることで、営業チームが顧客と更新やアップグレードについて話し合う際に、その顧客の状況を一目で把握できるようになっています。ただし、現在の連携機能には若干の制限があり、レコードを「企業」ではなく「特定の連絡先」にしか紐付けられない点が残念です。
