This integration adds support ticket activity from Zendesk to HubSpot's CRM timeline.
機能
Create new HubSpot contacts from Zendesk ticket requesters
Other than syncing with your existing contacts, if Zendesk ticket requesters aren't able to match up with existing contacts, they'll automatically be added as new contacts in HubSpot.
View all support ticket activity in your HubSpot timeline
Get support insights for your customers on their HubSpot timeline. Track support ticket creation and resolution, and keep up to date with their relationships with your team.

基本的なチケットの可視性はあるが、統合設計が不十分なため、ほとんど役に立たない
Zendesk のアクティビティはアクティビティにのみ表示され、個別のカードには表示されません。また、チケットの詳細もほとんど表示されません。より良い統合は、Jira プラグインのようなものでしょう。
連絡先フィードでチケットのアクティビティを見ることができます。アクティビティを見つけるためにフィルタを適用することができますが、これだけを表示するには、他のすべてのチェックを外す必要があります。
