Tangible Words holds a great knowledge within HubSpot. They were able to automate our marketing and sales process for us and made our small team manage our time better.
They’ve helped create and organize our marketing operations (and many sales) processes for reliability and scale. Their macro work project focused on helping to document and define all our processes and I’ve continued to have them as our “partner of record” as we build out those processes and execute marketing. They’ve had people with different skill sets brought onto and off the project as needed, which is something we could never easily do with individual talent.
Tangible words helped us set up a new website theme for our domain and subdomain. Communicating our needs with them was easy, either through virtual meetings or by email. They were available to help us and prompt at resolving any problems upon launching the two websites. HubSpot can be a frustrating web design / development platform, but they helped quickly solve the glitches and bugs and make the process easier. Tangible Words (TW) were amazing to work with. We were doing both a complete company rebrand (using a different Branding agency), and a Website migration from WordPress to HubSpot, and a complete Website redesign and relaunch. Despite the branding agency being incredibly late with their key deliverables (logo and key messaging didn't arrive until one week before launch), TW came through for us and exceeded our expectations. Given the tight timeframe due to the late arrival of the key deliverables from the branding agency, the initial plan was for a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that would have just part of the site go live, however, thanks to the hard work of their team and our team working together we managed to launch over 90% of the site on time and on budget. Incredible job guys. Can't thank you enough. Well, actually I can, as we now have to migrate one of our subsidiary websites to the new HubSpot CMS, so I've already asked them to work on that project for us...
