Tangible Words holds a great knowledge within HubSpot. They were able to automate our marketing and sales process for us and made our small team manage our time better.

Tangible Words is amazing

They’ve helped create and organize our marketing operations (and many sales) processes for reliability and scale. Their macro work project focused on helping to document and define all our processes and I’ve continued to have them as our “partner of record” as we build out those processes and execute marketing. They’ve had people with different skill sets brought onto and off the project as needed, which is something we could never easily do with individual talent.

Website Redesign With New Theme

Tangible words helped us set up a new website theme for our domain and subdomain. Communicating our needs with them was easy, either through virtual meetings or by email. They were available to help us and prompt at resolving any problems upon launching the two websites. HubSpot can be a frustrating web design / development platform, but they helped quickly solve the glitches and bugs and make the process easier. Their team is great and I would recommend their services for website development.

Detailed, organized and very helpful!

Alysha provided great guidance to help us move to HubSpot as our new service and support desk. Not only did she ensure that we covered all the necessary details, she guided us through all the learning required to use HubSpot! There was a lot of work involved, and when things got tricky, she was always there to help us through- with a knowledge base article, a demo video, or by taking our issues up with HubSpot support. With her help, we've become HubSpot experts and can easily manage all the tasks that we need to undertake.

HubSpot migration with the Pros!

Working with Tangible Words was the best decision we made as we on-boarded to our new HubSpot CRM. They are the pros without a doubt, from their knowledge of the product to the methodology used to teach and deploy. Alysha and Team come prepared and are great at executing. I would recommend Tangible Words to anyone working with HubSpot.

Phenomenal Service and Incredible Cost Performance

Tangible Words (TW) were amazing to work with. We were doing both a complete company rebrand (using a different Branding agency), and a Website migration from WordPress to HubSpot, and a complete Website redesign and relaunch. Despite the branding agency being incredibly late with their key deliverables (logo and key messaging didn't arrive until one week before launch), TW came through for us and exceeded our expectations. Given the tight timeframe due to the late arrival of the key deliverables from the branding agency, the initial plan was for a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that would have just part of the site go live, however, thanks to the hard work of their team and our team working together we managed to launch over 90% of the site on time and on budget. Incredible job guys. Can't thank you enough. Well, actually I can, as we now have to migrate one of our subsidiary websites to the new HubSpot CMS, so I've already asked them to work on that project for us...

Awesome partnership with Tangible Words

We have worked with Tangible Words for over a year now. It has been a very productive year as they have helped us in so many ways. Our migration to HubSpot was an overwhelming task and they made it far more manageable. They have helped us specifically in Marketing, Sales and Support. They have helped us build systems while using HubSpot in ways we couldn't have imagined. Their team is very multifaceted and it has been great to deal with different people in different areas depending on their core expertise. We will continue to work with Tangible Words moving forward but in different ways. We have had a very successful year of on-boarding and systems setups.
