Sync for Chatwork is a native app that integrates HubSpot and Chatwork, developed and operated by StartLink Co., Ltd., an official HubSpot partner.
Leveraging the insights gained from supporting over 150 companies as an official HubSpot partner, we have developed the “Chatwork Integration” to address HubSpot’s limitations in the area of internal and external communication.
We believe that seamless integration between sales, customer success, and Chatwork is essential for streamlining information sharing within teams.

For companies that manage customer relationships in HubSpot and handle daily communications in Chatwork, switching back and forth between the two tools to check messages and manually transcribing information leads to fragmented information and missed responses.
App Features)
“Sync for Chatwork” automatically sends notifications from HubSpot workflows to Chatwork rooms, links CRM records to those rooms, and allows you to view and send the latest messages directly from the record screen.
Furthermore, it automatically logs chatroom conversations as HubSpot notes. By consolidating customer-related information in HubSpot, it creates an environment where you can focus on your core business.
Features
Automatic Notifications from Workflow to Chatwork
Add the "Notify Chatwork" action to a HubSpot workflow to send a message to a specified Chatwork room. You can insert HubSpot properties into both the recipient room ID and the message body, and the notification will include a link to the relevant record. Supported objects include deals, companies, contacts, and tickets.
Linking CRM Records to Rooms / Viewing and Sending Messages
You can link Chatwork rooms to Deal, Company, and Contact records and view the most recent 100 messages from the record’s sidebar. From the same card, you can also reply, quote, mention others, or add emojis to send messages directly (viewing and sending are available on the Professional plan and above).
