So disappointing and zero accountability

Bizzy web is who you should go to if quality, honesty and deliverables are something you're flexible about. My business lost out big time. Brought our squarespace website to them and asked to have it migrated to HubSpot with templating for our locations pages. What we got LOOKED like our website and did not function as such. We paid for 3,600 people to come to our website and signup for our newsletter only to find out no connection was ever made on the back end. We have lost millions by conservative estimations. Our webpages were not templated (they told us after that this was not possible - subsequent providers are able to do this work) and our SEO tanked. We paid $45k to have this mitigated and spent 1 year to have that work done. The nicest people without the knowhow to back up what they are selling. I brought this to their attention in hopes to align on a solution and Jen, the business manager, came in saying "you signed a contract to have your website migrated and our quality control said this was fine." As lay-people coming to "professionals" for this kind of work it's deceptive. We were given a facade that looked like our prior site but didn't function.
