Bc has been our HubSpot implementation and enablement partner for over 5 years and we couldn't be happier with the result. The team is constantly helping us get more value from the platform and ensure that our activities are being delivered seamlessly. Most recently, Bc has led the implementation of our Service Hub, including the creation of our initial customer knowledge base, as well as a live chat and chatbot feature which directs customers in need of help to the support team and leads to sales. Since the go-live of the chat feature, over 1,600 customer support requests were managed via the chatbot/live chat function, providing a much better customer experience and faster responses compared to the contact form we'd previously relied upon. The feature also had a notable impact on sales as it offers prospects an avenue to speak to someone immediately.
