Having introduced new software into the business previously, we were looking for a different experience. We wanted to be guided through the unknown rather than offered training tutorials which left us with more questions than answers and an underwhelming set up as a result. Amber inspired us from the outset with a fully scoped process, getting deep into the way we handle our enquiries and their conversion into live projects. Not only that, but she absorbed the various steps and could remember them from one meeting to the next. Her extensive knowledge of the system enabled her to find a way to incorporate most of the twists and turns into the workflow. HubSpot Starter Onboarding Programme

We recently completed JDR Group's HubSpot Starter Onboarding Programme and were really happy with our experience. The programme was really well structured and delivered, making what initially felt like a daunting implementation much more manageable. A special mention goes to our Client Success Manager, Cayden, who was brilliant throughout - knowledgeable, incredibly patient and always happy to answer our questions.
