We had a brilliant experience working with JDR Group, and especially with Danni, who was fantastic throughout the entire process. Having never used CRM software before, we were unsure where to start, but Danni took the time to really listen to what we wanted, interpret what we meant, and turn that into a system that genuinely delivered everything we set out in our initial meeting. She guided us with real clarity and patience, giving us confidence at every stage. Along the way she introduced us to new terminology and features we hadn’t even considered, helping us fully understand the potential of the platform and how it could support our business. We appreciate that our business is an unusual shape and needed a specialised approach. We have been very fortunate to find a great partner in JDR and a great guide in you to get us set up. Your expertise and professionalism at every step has been exemplary, patient and accommodating, if you had told us 90 days previously where we would be by now, I would have struggled to have believed it and, yet, here we are.. Clear that this is just the beginning, we will soon, I suspect add in the Pro Marketing Hub licences and, in time, some Service Hub licences also.. Our journey with HubSpot begins..
