- Get your contracts e-signed within seconds with our native signature tool, whether it was drafted using SpotDraft’s templates or uploaded as a Third Party Paper. Invites go out via email to the right persons, with an audit trail at the bottom telling you it’s end-to-end secured.

Overpriced and Underdelivered - Een frustrerende juridische contractoplossing met slechte integratie
We probeerden SpotDraft te gebruiken om juridische contracten en offertes af te handelen, maar helaas is dit een Salesforce-integratie die is overgezet naar HubSpot en die veel te wensen overlaat. Er ontbreekt veel essentiële functionaliteit. Ook al beweren ze dat ze deze functionaliteit kunnen bieden, als puntje bij paaltje komt kunnen ze dat niet.

- Kan geen offertenummers geven voor offertes - De kosten zijn 7 keer duurder dan andere aanbieders voor minder functionaliteit - Kan geen offertes/contracten opslaan als HubSpot bijlagen - Kan geen regelitems of regelitem info terug toevoegen in HubSpot nadat de offerte is aangemaakt in SpotDraft - HubSpot 'integratie' is een hyperlink die gebruikers naar Spotdraft stuurt, er is geen echte zinvolle integratie - 'AI' metadata extractie voor bestaande contracten moet worden gedaan in batches van 500 met elke batch die meerdere weken duurt. Hun 'AI' is duidelijk een menselijk team achter de schermen - 'training' aangeboden door het Spotdraft team linkt gebruikers naar deze App listing pagina - Vaak gaat de integratie fout en zegt 'Unable to connect to salesforce' - Onboarding team mist aandacht voor detail om sjablonen te maken volgens de standaard die vereist is voor juridische documentatie, en maakt veel spelfouten en opmaakfouten - Werken met het Spotdraft team is traag, frustrerend en zodra we op de stippellijn tekenden, kelderde onze service en aandacht van SpotDraft.
