  • Get your contracts e-signed within seconds with our native signature tool, whether it was drafted using SpotDraft’s templates or uploaded as a Third Party Paper. Invites go out via email to the right persons, with an audit trail at the bottom telling you it’s end-to-end secured.

Overpriced and Underdelivered - A Frustrating Legal Contract Solution with Poor Integration

We were trying to use SpotDraft to handle legal contracts and quotes, unfortunately this is a Salesforce integration that has been ported over to HubSpot that leaves much to be desired. It is missing many pieces of essential functionality. Even though they claim they can accommodate this functionality, when rubber meets the road they cannot.

What do you dislike?

- Cannot provide quote numbers for quotes - The cost is 7 times more expensive than other providers for less functionality. - Cannot save quotes/contracts as HubSpot attachments - Cannot add line items or line item info back into HubSpot after the quote is created in SpotDraft - HubSpot 'integration' is a hyperlink that pushes users to Spotdraft, there is no real meaningful integration - 'AI' metadata extraction for existing contracts must be done in batches of 500 with each batch taking multiple weeks. Their 'AI' is clearly a human team behind the scenes. - 'training' provided by the Spotdraft team is linking users to this App listing page - Often the integration error's out and says 'Unable to connect to salesforce' - Onboarding team lacks attention to detail to create templates to the standard required for legal documentation, making many spelling and formatting mistakes. - Working with the Spotdraft team is slow, frustrating and as soon as we signed on the dotted line our service and attention from SpotDraft plummeted.
