Funksjoner

Scheduling & Dispatching

Make it easier for reps to convert deals and service requests into jobs with the Zuper widget on the ticket screen and auto-sync job details from the request. Service reps can schedule and dispatch by filtering skilled technicians based on location and availability without switching platforms.

Route Optimization

Optimise routes to efficiently utilize technicians' time and track their location for exact ETA. Field technicians and managers can stay updated on the go with Zuper's mobile app, which also allows them to send job progress notes and capture customer feedback and signatures onsite.

Two-way Sync

Directly sync updates pushed from the field to HubSpot and the Zuper app, enabling frontline and back-office collaboration. Consolidating activity records in one place simplifies progress tracking and accountability and provides better context for field technicians.

Real-time Inventory Control

Zuper's inventory management allows you to keep track of parts and customer service contracts in real time. Service reps can easily access this information from their ticket screen.
