Frustrierende Probleme bei der Kontaktnavigation trotz laufender Bemühungen des Supports, Probleme mit SMS-Benachrichtigungen zu beheben
Wir haben Probleme damit, dass wir den Kontakt suchen müssen, anstatt in den Kontakt zu klicken, wenn wir eine SMS von einem Kunden erhalten. Es gab so viel Hin und Her mit Sinch, um dies zu beheben

Funktioniert wirklich gut. Es gibt ein paar Funktionen, die in HubSpot nicht verfügbar sind, aber in Sinch Engage großartig sind, wie z. B. das geplante Senden.
