Frustrating contact navigation issues despite ongoing support efforts to resolve SMS notification problems
we are having issues with the having to search the contact instead of being able to click into the contact we recieve a notifaction of a sms from a client. There has been so much back and forth with sinch to get this fixed

Works really good with great features
Works really good. There are a few features that are not available in HubSpot but are great in Sinch Engage, such as scheduled send.
