Ich bin Stabschef eines B2B-SaaS-Unternehmens, und wir haben Micah von Vendilli mit der Leitung einer vollständigen HubSpot-Neukonfiguration beauftragt. Phase I umfasste CRM-Hygiene, Pipeline-Struktur, Reporting und interne Anpassung. Phase II ist jetzt im Gange und integriert AskElephant, Clay, unsere Website und KI-Tools mit vollständiger Berichterstattung über Reichweite, Marketing-Trichter-Performance, Pipeline, Erneuerung und Erweiterung sowie Interessentenbewertung und -automatisierung. Micah verbindet eine starke technische Ausführung mit echtem Geschäftssinn. Er weiß, wie HubSpot die Skalierung, die Berichtsdisziplin und die Entscheidungsfindung der Geschäftsführung unterstützen sollte. Ich würde ihn ohne zu zögern jedem SaaS- oder Wachstumsunternehmen empfehlen, das seine GTM-Infrastruktur professionalisieren möchte.

Andrea And Team - Awesome

Working with Horseshoe was a completely positive experience. We approached Andrea and team to improve our workflows and automation. She helped us to improve our lead scoring, so that I (the sales guy) was spending more time with the right prospective leads and that we were segmenting our database into lists with specific interests, etc. This means we are serving more relevant marketing materials to our CRM pool and (hopefully) bringing them through the sales pipeline in a quicker, more qualified way. Andrea and her team are great to work with, do what they say they will do, etc.

Hired for a project to revamp a few pages but Andrea and team delivered much more than that. They really did their homework and gained a full understanding of our customers and our space before creating thoughtful and engaging designs.
