Ik ben stafchef bij een B2B SaaS-bedrijf en we hebben Micah van Vendilli aangenomen om een volledige herconfiguratie van HubSpot te leiden. Hij ruimde jaren van oude HubSpot-schuld op, herstructureerde objecten en pijplijnen, koppelde gegevens op de juiste manier en operationaliseerde HubSpot tot een systeem waar het directieteam echt op kan vertrouwen. Fase I omvatte CRM-hygiëne, pijplijnstructuur, rapportage en interne afstemming. Fase II is nu aan de gang, met de integratie van AskElephant, Clay, onze website en AI-tools, met volledige rapportage over outreach, marketing funnel performance, pipeline, renewals en uitbreiding, en prospect scoring en automatisering. Micah combineert een sterke technische uitvoering met echt zakelijk inzicht. Hij begrijpt hoe HubSpot schaalbaarheid, rapportagediscipline en uitvoerende besluitvorming moet ondersteunen. Ik zou hem zonder aarzeling aanbevelen aan elk SaaS- of groeibedrijf dat zijn GTM-infrastructuur wil professionaliseren.

Andrea And Team - Awesome

Working with Horseshoe was a completely positive experience. We approached Andrea and team to improve our workflows and automation. She helped us to improve our lead scoring, so that I (the sales guy) was spending more time with the right prospective leads and that we were segmenting our database into lists with specific interests, etc. This means we are serving more relevant marketing materials to our CRM pool and (hopefully) bringing them through the sales pipeline in a quicker, more qualified way. Andrea and her team are great to work with, do what they say they will do, etc.

Hired for a project to revamp a few pages but Andrea and team delivered much more than that. They really did their homework and gained a full understanding of our customers and our space before creating thoughtful and engaging designs.
