I’m Chief of Staff at a B2B SaaS company, and we engaged Micah from Vendilli to lead a full HubSpot reconfiguration. Scope included aligning Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support; cleaning and restructuring data; rebuilding pipeline architecture; and standing up durable reporting across the funnel. Micah has been outstanding. He met with us multiple times per week, consistently came prepared with clear recommendations, and went well beyond the initial scope to ensure the system was built correctly, not just quickly. He cleaned up years of legacy HubSpot debt, restructured objects and pipelines, linked data properly, and operationalized HubSpot into a system the executive team can actually rely on. Phase I covered CRM hygiene, pipeline structure, reporting, and internal alignment. Phase II is now underway, integrating AskElephant, Clay, our website, and AI tools, with full reporting across outreach, marketing funnel performance, pipeline, renewals and expansion, and prospect scoring and automation. Micah combines strong technical execution with real business judgment. He understands how HubSpot should support scale, reporting discipline, and executive decision-making. Andrea And Team - Awesome

Working with Horseshoe was a completely positive experience. We approached Andrea and team to improve our workflows and automation. She helped us to improve our lead scoring, so that I (the sales guy) was spending more time with the right prospective leads and that we were segmenting our database into lists with specific interests, etc. This means we are serving more relevant marketing materials to our CRM pool and (hopefully) bringing them through the sales pipeline in a quicker, more qualified way. Andrea and her team are great to work with, do what they say they will do, etc.
