Problemas frustrantes en la navegación de contactos a pesar de los continuos esfuerzos del servicio de asistencia por resolver los problemas de las notificaciones por SMS.
estamos teniendo problemas con el tener que buscar el contacto en lugar de ser capaz de hacer clic en el contacto que recibimos una notificacion de un sms de un cliente. Ha habido muchas idas y venidas con Sinch para solucionar este problema.

Funciona muy bien. Hay algunas funciones que no están disponibles en HubSpot pero que son geniales en Sinch Engage, como el envío programado.
