빠른 통합이지만 제한된 이메일 사용자 지정으로 인해 브랜딩 및 데이터 동기화 기능 저하
수버몽키와 허브스팟의 통합은 매우 빠르고 쉬웠습니다.
쉽게 연결할 수 있으며, 워크플로우를 만들고 설문조사에 연결할 이메일을 디자인하는 데 아무런 문제가 없습니다.
가장 큰 단점은 SurveyMonkey에서는 HubSpot에서 트리거할 수 있는 설문조사 이메일을 사용자 지정할 수 없다는 것입니다. 따라서 HubSpot에서 이메일을 생성하고 링크를 사용해야 합니다. 하지만 그렇게 하면 도움이 될 수 있는 일부 데이터 동기화가 불가능합니다. 이상적으로는 SurveyMonkey에서 해당 이메일을 사용자 지정할 수 있으면 좋겠습니다(우리 비즈니스에 맞는 브랜드가 아닌 녹색 SurveyMonkey 이메일처럼 보이고 스팸 필터에 쉽게 걸립니다). 해결 방법이 있지만 이상적이지는 않습니다.
