NOT GOOD FOR ALL USECASES
Very Bad - Not able to address the required workflow. Does not work as it should.
Can replicate the Jira and HubSpot Ticket Pipeline and then keep it in sync.

Broken Field Mapping Makes This App Worthless for HubSpot Integration
The bugs in this app make it basically unusable.
The app actually creates a Ticket record.
Without associations and mapping of other properties the Ticket record created is useless.
