Features
Create new HubSpot contacts from Zendesk ticket requesters
Other than syncing with your existing contacts, if Zendesk ticket requesters aren't able to match up with existing contacts, they'll automatically be added as new contacts in HubSpot.

Easy to use, limited in scope
Zendesk is great for supporting our customers. We're integrating the ticket information so our Sales team has visibility to what's happening with customers when speaking to them about renewals or upgrades. The current integration is a bit limiting, because we can't associate the record with a Company, only a specific Contact.
- Very easy to implement - integrates critical service inquiries
- no ability to bring in updates to tickets (resolution, etc) - no ability to customize how the ticket comes over - no ability to associate the ticket with a company, just an individual reporter

Doesn't work
Doesn't work: We want the content of the ticket—regardless of the type of interaction—as well as the response provided to the requester. Not just the request.
