As part of the introduction of HubSpot as a new CRM system, we were supported by the 10twenty team over a period of six weeks. During the entire implementation phase, we received comprehensive support - both with the technical setup and in the day-to-day use of the platform. All questions were clarified competently and comprehensibly at all times. If any challenges arose on our part, Max and Dom were always available to us at short notice and provided solution-oriented support. The collaboration covered all relevant areas: from setting up the quotation processes and integrating existing customer data to the API connection and automating marketing processes. Complex CRM structure rebuilt - absolutely strong cooperation

The collaboration with 10twenty GmbH was really great for us. Dominik and Max rebuilt our entire lead gen structure - a total of around 50 workflows and over 200 lead magnets were completely redesigned and implemented on the basis of a clean, new data concept. It wasn't just about technology, but also about a well thought-out, scalable structure. The double opt-in process was implemented cleanly, our system was connected to Shopify and all relevant connections were established via Zapier. In addition, a thorough data cleanup was carried out, making our entire CRM architecture much more stable and future-proof. What we particularly appreciate: Dominik and Max work in an extremely structured way, think strategically and implement quickly and precisely. Maintaining an overview at all times with such complexity is not a matter of course. A clear recommendation - we would work with them again at any time.
